Lin-Manuel Miranda
The creator, writer and composer who played Alexander Hamilton has not slowed down since the show's debut in 2015. He voiced Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera/Gizmoduck on DuckTales (2017); played Jack the Lamplighter in Mary Poppins Returns (2018), alongside Emily Blunt; played Piragüero in the movie adaptation of his first musical hit In the Heights and composed and voiced Vivo in the Netflix animated film of the same name (2021). He also wrote the music for the 2021 Disney film Encanto (earning an Oscar nomination for Best Original Song) and co-wrote new songs for the 2023 Disney live-action remake of The Little Mermaid.
While he continues to write his way into Broadway and cinematic history, he's also dad to sons Sebastian and Francisco with wife Vanessa Nadal.

Leslie Odom Jr.
Odom's Tony-winning role as Aaron Burr led to starring alongside Cynthia Erivo in the Harriet Tubman biopic Harriet (2019), portraying Sam Cooke in Regina King's One Night in Miami (2020), appearing in The Many Saints of Newark (2021) and Netflix's Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery (2022) and voicing Owen Tillerman in the Apple TV+ animated series Central Park. He released a book called Failing Up in 2018 and dropped his fourth studio album, The Christmas Album, in 2020. Odom also hosted the 2021 Tony Awards and appeared in the second season of Abbott Elementary in 2022.
Odom has two children with his wife Nicolette Robinson.

Daveed Diggs
Following his Tony-winning roles as Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson, Diggs played the narrator in the TV series The Get Down (2016–2017), voiced Paul in Pixar's Soul (2020), portrayed Frederick Douglass in the mini-series The Good Lord Bird (2020), stars as Andre Layton in Snowpiercer and voices Sebastian the crab in The Little Mermaid (2023). He is also the co-creator, along with Rafael Casal, of the STARZ series Blindspotting, which premiered in June 2021.

Scoring the role of young Philip Hamilton certified Ramos as a star whose potential is limitless. He's carved out his music career with albums The Good & The Bad (2019) and Love and Lies (2021), while appearing as Ramon in A Star Is Born (2018), playing Mars Blackmon in Spike Lee's Netflix adaptation of She's Gotta Have It (2017–2019), voicing King Trollex in Trolls World Tour (2020), playing Usnavi in In the Heights (2021) and starring as Noah in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023).
He also proposed to Hamilton co-star Jasmine Cephas Jones in 2018, though the couple ended their engagement in November 2021.

Renée Elise Goldsberry
After her role as Angelica Schuyler earned her a Tony for best featured actress in a musical and a Grammy for best musical theater album along with the rest of the Hamilton cast, in addition to an Emmy nomination for outstanding supporting actress in a limited or anthology series or movie, Goldsberry appeared as Ava Price in Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist (2020), Ms. Nowhere in Fast & Furious Spy Racers (2019–2021), Wicki Roy in the TV comedy Girls5eva (premiered 2021) and Mallory Book in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (2022).
Goldberry and her husband, attorney Alexis Johnson, have two children.

Phillipa Soo
Also nominated for the Emmy for outstanding supporting actress in a limited or anthology series or movie for her role as Eiza Hamilton, Soo played Nadine in The Broken Hearts Gallery (2020), voiced Chang'e in Over the Moon (2020), appeared as Amber in the Hulu miniseries Dopesick (2021) and played Jin-Sook in the Apple TV+ series The Shining Girls (2022). After leaving Hamilton in 2016, she returned to Broadway for productions of Amélie (2017), The Parisian Woman (2017–2018), Into the Woods (2022) and Camelot (2023).
Soo is married to Rescue Me actor Steven Pasquale.

Jasmine Cephas Jones
Jones, who played the youngest Schuyler sister Peggy, went on to play Marisol in Monsters and Men (2018), Chloe in the HBO miniseries Mrs. Fletcher (2019), Rachel Miller in The Photograph (2020) and Ashley Rose in former Hamilton co-star Daveed Diggs' Blindspotting (premiered 2021). She also won an Emmy Award in 2020 for her role in the series #FreeRayShaun on the short-lived Quibi streaming platform.

The actor who played George Washington continued his reign on TV and film, voicing Chief Tui in Moana (2016), playing Peter Rivera in the miniseries When They See Us (2019) and Chunk Palmer in Bull (2016–2021). He also appeared as the Mr. Softee truck driver in In the Heights (2021) and as Herbert Wexley in And Just Like That... (premiered 2022), the sequel series to Sex and the City.
Jackson is married to musician Veronica. They have two children.

Following his dual roles as Hercules Mulligan and James Madison, Onaodowan played Dean Miller in the Grey's Anatomy spin-off series Station 19 (2018–2021) and voiced Timbourine Toucan in Tuca & Bertie. Onaodowan also appeared in the 2020 film A Quiet Place Part II and starred in the 2022 music video for Matthew Santos' "In My Breath."

Groff, who was nominated for both a Tony for featured actor in a musical and an Emmy for outstanding supporting actor in a limited or anthology series or movie for his role as King George in Hamilton, went on to play Holden Ford in Netflix's Mindhunter (2017–2019) and again voiced Kristoff in Frozen II. He also starred as Smith in The Matrix Resurrections (2021) and voiced Ollie in the Netflix miniseries Lost Ollie (2022). Groff returned to the stage in 2019, starring as Seymour in the Off-Broadway revival of Little Shop of Horrors. He also co-starred with Daniel Radcliffe and Tony winner Lindsay Mendez in New York Theatre Workshop's 2022 production of Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along.
